Before submitting your pool design to the county/city for approval, we will be on site measuring to ensure all aspects are in compliance. Once the permit is issued, we utilized the final approved layout and begin the construction process.
Using stakes, we mark your pool utilizing the final plan. (The layout may seem larger due to space allotted for the thickness of the concrete).
Your pool starts to take shape when we start to dig. After excavation, we place steel reinforcement to prepare for concrete to be poured. Some plumbing is installed at this time as well.
The shape of your pool is strategically created by out talented shotcrete crew team members.
Following the pool shell, the rest of the plumbing is installed and the deck area around the pool is leveled and compacted. This will reduce cracking of the concrete. A pressure test is then performed on the pipes before moving on to the next step.
Now the pool is ready to start the final steps. The brick coping (pavers that go around the edge of the pool) are installed as well as selected waterline tile. At this point we would put in the pavers if you elect this upgrade..
The equipment be installed is done utilizing our partner company's equipment providing the best warranty's possible for our clients.
The pool shell is now cleaned and prepped for the pool finish. Directly following the pool finish, it's time to fill the pool!
If you elected to have a cage, this would be the time for insertion.
Almost there! The area around the pool gets a final grade and cleared of all debris. Our skilled team members brush the pool down and apply chemicals, which takes numerous days to balance.
It's time for "Pool School". We will schedule a time with you for a one on one lesson with one of our pool professionals. (Covering proper operation and maintenance)
